Refund policy
At Driphood, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not happy with your order, you may return it within 7 days for a refund or exchange. Please read our Return and Refund Policy carefully to ensure a smooth process.
1. Eligibility for Returns
To be eligible for a return, the following conditions must be met:
- The item must be unused, unworn, and in the same condition as received.
- The item must be returned in its original packaging with tags and labels intact.
- Proof of purchase (order number, receipt, etc.) must be provided.
- Returns must be initiated within 7 days from the delivery date.
- Customers are responsible for shipping the product back to us at their own cost when returning for a refund or exchange.
2. Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return or refund:
- Sale or clearance items.
- Customized or personalized products.
- Items marked as “final sale” at the time of purchase.
3. Return Process
To initiate a return, please follow these steps:
· Email us at support@driphood.in with your order number, reason for return, and clear photos of the product to verify its condition.
· Once approved, we will arrange a return pickup from your address.
· A ₹100 return/exchange fee will be deducted from your refund unless the product is defective or the return is due to our error.
4. Refunds
- Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
- If approved, the refund will be processed within 7-10 business days to your original payment method.
- Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable, unless the return is due to a defect or an error on our part.
5. Exchanges
- If you wish to exchange an item for a different size or colour, please contact our customer service team at support@driphood.in.
- Exchanges are subject to stock availability.
- The original item must be returned following our return policy guidelines.
6. Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us immediately at support@driphood.in with the following details:
- Order number
- Description of the issue
- Photos of the defect or damage (if possible)
We will provide a replacement or issue a refund at no additional cost to you.
7. Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received your refund within the specified timeframe:
- Check with your bank or credit card company, as it may take some time for the refund to be posted.
