Refund policy

At Driphood, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not happy with your order, you may return it within 7 days for a refund or exchange. Please read our Return and Refund Policy carefully to ensure a smooth process.


1. Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return, the following conditions must be met:

  • The item must be unused, unworn, and in the same condition as received.
  • The item must be returned in its original packaging with tags and labels intact.
  • Proof of purchase (order number, receipt, etc.) must be provided.
  • Returns must be initiated within 7 days from the delivery date.
  • Customers are responsible for shipping the product back to us at their own cost when returning for a refund or exchange.

2. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or refund:

  • Sale or clearance items.
  • Customized or personalized products.
  • Items marked as “final sale” at the time of purchase.

3. Return Process

To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

·       Email us at support@driphood.in with your order number, reason for return, and clear photos of the product to verify its condition.

·       Once approved, we will arrange a return pickup from your address.

·       A ₹100 return/exchange fee will be deducted from your refund unless the product is defective or the return is due to our error.


4. Refunds

  • Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
  • If approved, the refund will be processed within 7-10 business days to your original payment method.
  • Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable, unless the return is due to a defect or an error on our part.

5. Exchanges

  • If you wish to exchange an item for a different size or colour, please contact our customer service team at support@driphood.in.
  • Exchanges are subject to stock availability.
  • The original item must be returned following our return policy guidelines.

6. Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us immediately at support@driphood.in with the following details:

  • Order number
  • Description of the issue
  • Photos of the defect or damage (if possible)

We will provide a replacement or issue a refund at no additional cost to you.


7. Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received your refund within the specified timeframe:

  1. Check with your bank or credit card company, as it may take some time for the refund to be posted.
  2. If you’ve done this and still have not received your refund, please contact us at support@driphood.in.
